Rules of Scholarship

Eligibility: Open to members, their children, and grandchildren.

Age & Study Requirements: Applicants must be under 25 and enrolled in full-time study at a recognised Australian University or TAFE.

Course Specifics:

a) University: Only applicable for Undergraduate Degree courses.

b) TAFE: Only applicable for the first 2 years of a Certificate III & above or Diploma course.

Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 30/06/2025.

Academic Progress: Scholarships depend on satisfactory academic performance and may be combined with other scholarships or awards, subject to Scholarship Committee approval.

Administration: The Society's Board of Directors administers these scholarships, and all final decisions rest with them. The Hurstville & Rockdale Friendly Society Ltd reserves the right to vary scholarship conditions at its discretion.
